Like4Like operates as a community-based visibility exchange platform where members voluntarily engage with each other’s content in exchange for credits or use premium options for priority delivery. We do not guarantee viral growth, algorithmic ranking, permanent retention, or specific engagement outcomes.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and its services. We recommend that you review this page periodically, as updates may occur from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You may only register and use Like4Like if you meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of Services

Like4Like provides access to a structured community participation system. Members may earn credits by engaging with other members’ content or purchase credits for priority delivery options.

All engagement is performed by real users. Like4Like does not provide automated traffic, bots, artificial scripts, password-based account access, or direct account management services.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Like4Like provides structured visibility through voluntary community participation. We do not guarantee:

Algorithmic ranking or placement
Explore page inclusion
Permanent follower, like, or engagement retention
Specific engagement volume
Long-term growth outcomes
Performance on any third-party platform

Results may vary depending on platform policies, content quality, posting behavior, account history, timing, regional conditions, and algorithm updates.

5. Registration and Account Use

To use Like4Like services, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree that:

You will not create multiple accounts.
You will not buy, sell, transfer, or share accounts.
You will not use temporary or disposable email addresses for registration.
You will not allow other people to earn credits on your behalf.
You will not use fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial accounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using Like4Like, you agree that you will not:

Buy or sell credits, points, or tokens outside the Like4Like platform.
Use bots, auto-clickers, scripts, automation tools, or artificial interaction methods.
Use VPN abuse, proxy abuse, or similar tools to manipulate access or platform controls.
Reverse engagement after earning credits, including unfollowing, unliking, unsubscribing, unsharing, or removing interactions.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful scripts.
Use the platform in a misleading, malicious, discriminatory, unlawful, or abusive way.
Facilitate or encourage violations of these Terms.

7. Content Standards

You may not submit, promote, or distribute content through Like4Like that:

Is hateful, threatening, violent, pornographic, or sexually explicit
Contains graphic violence or unlawful material
Promotes scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive business practices
Violates intellectual property rights
Redirects users in a misleading or disruptive way
Contains malware, harmful redirects, or malicious files

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Like4Like will never request your social media passwords, session cookies, or direct access to your social media accounts. All engagement actions are initiated voluntarily by members using their own accounts and devices.

9. Anti-Bot and Platform Integrity

To protect the integrity of the platform, Like4Like uses anti-abuse and anti-bot systems. Suspicious, automated, or manipulative activity may result in temporary restrictions, account review, credit adjustment, or permanent suspension.

If abuse or fraudulent behavior is confirmed, credits may be refunded or adjusted in favor of affected members. Repeated violations may result in permanent restriction from the platform.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Like4Like is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, SoundCloud, or any other social media platform.

Third-party platforms regularly update their policies, enforcement systems, and algorithms. Like4Like is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to content removal, engagement adjustments, reduced reach, account warnings, restrictions, or account suspension.

Users choose to use Like4Like at their own discretion and are responsible for understanding the policies of the platforms they use.

11. Hyperlinks and External Content

Like4Like may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of external websites or services.

12. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that while using the platform you may encounter content that you consider inaccurate, offensive, objectionable, or otherwise unsuitable. You agree that Like4Like shall not be liable for content submitted or displayed by users or third parties, except as required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Guidelines, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform.

You may terminate your agreement with Like4Like at any time by closing your account or discontinuing use of the platform. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

14. Payment Processing

Credit card transactions are processed through our authorized payment partner Acceptico d.o.o. Company details can be found on their official website.

All card payments are charged in Serbian dinar (RSD) in accordance with applicable financial regulations. If prices are displayed in USD, the amount charged to your card will be converted into RSD according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

Your card issuer or payment network may apply additional conversion according to its own exchange rate policy. As a result, minor differences may occur between the displayed amount and the final charged amount.

15. Payments and Orders

When you purchase credits, packages, or other premium options on Like4Like, your order constitutes an offer to purchase services through the platform. Access to purchased credits or services may be granted shortly after payment confirmation.

Like4Like reserves the right to refuse, review, delay, or cancel any order in cases of fraud suspicion, payment irregularity, abuse risk, or technical issues.

16. Cancellation Policy

Like4Like aims to treat customers fairly and reasonably. Cancellation requests may be considered if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the purchased credits or services have been materially used.

Cancellation requests may be refused if the purchased credits, tokens, points, or services have already been used in whole or in part.
Orders that have already been processed or materially delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
If you believe a product or service was not provided as described, please contact customer support promptly with full details.

17. Refund Policy

When you buy our products or services, your purchase may be covered by a limited money-back guarantee where explicitly stated. Refund eligibility applies only to unused credits or services that meet the refund criteria within the stated guarantee period.

Refunds are not provided for credits, points, or services that have already been used, in whole or in substantial part, because those services are made available to your account immediately after successful purchase.

To request a refund, you must contact us within the applicable refund period and provide your purchase details, including your order number. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our delivery and refund policies.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, not including any additional time required by the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or wallet provider.

18. Credit Card Refund Policy

If a refund is approved for a card payment, the funds will be returned exclusively through the original payment method used for the purchase, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, or other supported card schemes.

The refund will be processed by the relevant payment processor and/or acquiring bank back to the cardholder’s account, in accordance with banking and card network procedures.

19. Limitation of Liability

Like4Like provides its platform and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Like4Like disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.

Users assume full responsibility for how they choose to use the platform and any impact such use may have on their social media accounts, websites, content, audience relationships, or third-party platform standing.

20. Privacy

Your use of Like4Like is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect user information and do not sell personal information to third parties except where required by law or necessary for lawful payment and service operations.

21. Modifications

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
